ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH:
To ensure efficient order processing, our small team works diligently every day. As a result, please expect a production and dispatch time of 7 to 15 days for your order. Keep in mind that the actual delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location. For each order, customers will receive an order confirmation, along with a shipping and tracking number. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com at your earliest convenience.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders exceeding $70. For orders below $70, the standard shipping fee is $10. Additionally, we provide the option of free express shipping for orders surpassing $100. If your order value falls below $100, the express shipping cost is $10. Please note that we ship both domestically within Australia and internationally using Aus Post.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a packing slip.
To start the return process, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your full name and order number. Please provide a detailed description of the production fault. In certain instances, we may require you to send photos of the product at a later stage.
Please note that all items are considered final sale, except in cases of noticeable production faults. We can only accept returns for faulty items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Mishandling of the items is not covered under our return policy. Mishandling includes instances such as shipping damage, accidents, abusive knocks, normal wear and tear, as well as ageing and natural tarnishing. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS:
Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the postage costs for returning the item, and Asques cannot assume liability for any items that are lost or misplaced during transit. To mitigate this risk, we strongly advise utilising insured registered post through Australia Post.
